The Multeam is growing
âWhat do you do when you end up at a magic-themed party and you are the only one without a costume? You take the first wig you can find and pretend to be Hagrid, or Jesus. Thatâs how my journey at Multis started.â Last week we had the pleasure to welcome Leonardo Natale, who started as Multisâ newest engineer. His arrival at Multis was somewhat atypical- it started not with a job application but withâŚa theme party! Read all about his unorthoodox recruitment and his first week here. Interested in joining the Multeam but short on a wig? No worries, check out job board- maybe weâll see you at the next offsite!
đ¤ Crypto-Ops Read of the Week: Web3 Crowdfunding
In this compelling op-ed for The Defiant, Spencer Graham of DAOhaus champions Web3 as a more inclusive and less centralized way to crowdfund than current web2 leaders like Kickstarter. Spencer sees trustless technology as a means to include marginalized groups who might otherwise struggle to be accepted on traditional crowdfunding platforms. Looking at Mirror and Juicebox and focussing DAOhausâs newly launched Yeeter platform, this is a thought provoking look at a more inclusive and innovative way to fund projects.
